A safe, TV, and a mini bar fridge in the room and the nice bed. Huge bathroom with bathtubs. Unbeatable position next to centre. A lot of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. Real good stay on vacation, no complaints.

The position of the hotel was perfect, next to everything. It was also right by the sea, and perfect beach.

stunningly beautiful and gorgeous hotel, the services were great, stunning location to “ downtown ” gili t. the room was a nice size and huge and had own bathroom plus tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. we enjoyed having a tub. location: the property was right by the 2 mosques, and the main party area. found time to see sunrise rinjani, that's at a short distance from the property.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel, with its exotic rattan furniture and tasteful handicrafts. It created such a cozy and comfortable retreat for my stay. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. I had no trouble navigating around the premises and felt safe and comfortable throughout my time there.

I would have appreciated if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

Whole place was fairly clean with lovely views; marvellous location close enough to all the restaurants. There were an electric kettle and a fridge in the spacious room. Wasn't expecting to have a handy kitchenette. Location: the hotel was just next door to the sea and Away from the center of town and Bars, restaurants, dive shops, hustle, bustle and noise...

The room at Trawangan Resort was spacious and comfortable, with a great TV offering Netflix and Amazon Prime. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond for us. We enjoyed the resort's private seashore with sunbeds, and the breakfast near the beach with a lovely view was a highlight. The food at the resort was also delicious, with a wide range of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Internet does not work. Warm water not the whole day

The quality of villa was excellent. Staff were very friendly and would bend over backwards to assist.

The resort is under renovation and whilst they are competing this very well and discretely, they buildings they are constructing are large and visible.

I absolutely adored the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The rattan furniture and tasteful handicrafts created such a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It reminded me of a traditional retreat, and I felt right at home. The general areas were also easily accessible for senior people like myself, with no stairs or obstacles to navigate. It made my stay even more enjoyable.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. Although the children working there were friendly and helpful, it would have been nice to have someone specifically designated to provide assistance and support for senior guests.
